Recruiting Options Fees
We usually provide 3-5 candidates for your consideration.
You can also choose a candidate from our Developers Database.
Fees are in USD or EUR.
Search time varies from 7-25 calendar days.
OPTION 1 FEE for OPTION 1
No trial period for developer 60% of developer's gross monthly salary
Payment should be made during 15 calendar days upon hire (or after actual start of work)
OPTION 2 FEE for OPTION 2
Trial period for developer is 31 calendar days 70% of developer's gross monthly salary
Payment should be made during 15 calendar days upon hire (or after actual start of work). 60% will be refunded if the talent leaves in 31 calendar days after hire. 20% is a nonrefundable amount for our services already performed.
OPTION 3 FEE for OPTION 3
Trial period for developer is 62 calendar days 80% of developer's gross monthly salary
Payment should be made during 15 calendar days upon hire (or after actual start of work). 55% will be refunded if the talent leaves in 62 calendar days after hire. 25% is a nonrefundable amount for our services already performed.
OPTION 4 FEE for OPTION 4
Trial period for developer is 92 calendar days 90% of developer's gross monthly salary
Payment should be made during 15 calendar days upon hire (or after actual start of work). 60% will be refunded if the talent leaves in 92 calendar days after hire. 30% is a nonrefundable amount for our services already performed.
OPTION 5 FEE for OPTION 5
Hourly cooperation with developer (freelance) 12% of total fee paid for developer's work (if total fee is less than or equal to $10,000 USD)

8% of total fee paid for developer's work (if total fee is more than$10,000 USD)

Payment should be made during 15 calendar days after developer finishes a job, or after each month of cooperation (if job takes more than 30 calendar days).

Promotion to Existing Vacancies Free of charge
We conduct 30-minute non-technical interviews over Skype or Google Hangouts. After that, we make our decision. We check English level, motivation, and level of personal development.
Promotion To Desired Places Fee for promotion to desired places
For senior-level professionals (more than 3 years of experience in core field) 50% of IT professional's net monthly salary. Payment should be made during 60 calendar days upon hire (or after actual start of work).
For middle-level professionals (more than 1 year and less than 3 years of experience in core field) 25% of IT professional's net monthly salary. Payment should be made during 45 calendar days upon hire (or after actual start of work).
We conduct 30-minute non-technical interview over Skype or Google Hangouts. We check English level, motivation, and level of personal development.

We also organize technical interviews with experienced professionals in similar technical areas.

After that, we make our decision about our readiness to promote. NB! Please note that we could reject a request for promotion because of various reasons, without obligatory explanations from our side.

In case of a successful hiring, payment should be made during 45-60 calendar days after official or actual start of work at the desired place.
